We run CloudLinux on our servers, which will isolate each hosting account into their separate Lightweight Virtual Environment (LVE). Each LVE will have their separate CPU limits.
Actions Taken
CloudLinux will automatically throttle / limit your hosting account if you use more than your fair share of resources. Generally this is more than enough for most websites.
If your hosting account is throttled / limited, it will cause slowdown to your website's loading speed. You may also see 508 error on your website, which is rare unless you are overusing too much of the server's resources.
We will not suspend your account even if you use more than your fair share of resources as your account will be throttled by CloudLinux automatically.
We will only suspend your account if it is seriously affecting the performance of other users or uses resources in such a way which will bring down the whole server.
CPU Limit
Our CPU Limits are very generous and they are normally more than enough for most websites.
The CPU Limit for our Cloud Web Hosting plans are:-
- Aspire/Cloud Basic: 1 Full Core
- AspirePlus/Cloud Plus: 2 Full Cores
- AspirePro/Inspire/Cloud Pro: 3 Full Cores
Memory Limit
Our Memory Limits are very generous as we have ample of RAM in our servers.
Memory usages of the server's operating system, web server, database, etc does not count towards your memory usage.
The Memory Limit for our Cloud Web Hosting plans are:-
- Aspire/Cloud Basic: 1024 MB (1 GB)
- AspirePlus/Cloud Plus: 2048 MB (2 GB)
- AspirePro/Inspire/Cloud Pro: 3072 MB (3 GB)
Disk I/O Limit
Disk I/O is the the disk usage of the entire account.
The Disk I/O Limit for our Cloud Web Hosting plans are:-
- Aspire/Cloud Basic: 5 MB/sec
- AspirePlus/Cloud Plus: 10 MB/sec
- AspirePro/Inspire/Cloud Pro: 18 MB/sec
Concurrent MySQL Connections Limit
The Concurrent MySQL Connections Limit is the number of MySQL connections you can have at any given time.
The Concurrent MySQL Connections Limit for our Cloud Web Hosting plans are:-
- Aspire/Cloud Basic: 30
- AspirePlus/Cloud Plus: 60
- AspirePro/Inspire/Cloud Pro: 100
