Affected Customers: This incident applies to you ONLY IF your domain ends with ".COM" and it's using the DNS in the format "NS1/2/3/4.aspirationHOSTING.com".
The Problem: Last weekend, SquareSpace domain registrar messed up their glue records when it migrated a lot of domains from Google Domains platform to SquareSpace. Since our child-DNS "NS1/2/3/4.aspirationHOSTING.com" are also hosted with SquareSpace, our DNS also stopped working. These nameservers are being used by our older customers.
Temporary Solution: There are 2 ways to resolve it temporarily. You may use any ONE of the following fix:
1) Remove and add again the same DNS (NameServer) values on your domain registrar's side. This will fix the internal DNS values in your registrar's domain system that got messed up during the migation.
2) Switch to our new DNS "ns1/2/3/4.aspirationDNS.com" and notify us after this change. Your site will be online within 30 minutes.
Permanent Solution: We are moving away from SquareSpace domain registrar, so that we never face this issue again.
Current siltuation: This issue have now fully resolve via the above temporary resolutions for all our affected clients.
