For our Web Hosting plans, you may cancel at anytime and there are no cancellation fees.
For Managed Dedicated Servers, you will need to notify us at least ten (10) days before your next due date, as otherwise the next billing cycle's hosting fees will be charged.
Make sure you submit a ticket to Billing Department to request for cancelation. Non-payment is not a valid way to cancel your hosting account.
