Please submit a new ticket to our Billing Department with the following information:
- Client Area Login Email
- Hosting Service Domain
- Reason of Cancellation / Feedback (Optional)
Important Notes:
- Non-payment is not an acceptable form of cancellation and the payment will still be outstanding unless a proper cancellation request is submitted.
- Once a cancellation request is submitted, the service will be cancelled at the end of it's billing period.
- For Cloud Web Hosting and Dedicated Cloud Servers, we also offer an option to cancel the service immediately and we will credit your account for the unused period. Strictly no refund will be given.
- For Cloud Web Hosting and Dedicated Cloud Servers, you must notify us at any day before your due date.
