To access the dashboard for Patchman, please head over to your cPanel --> Advanced --> Patchman.
You will be shown a list of software vulnerabilities and malwares that are detected in your hosting account.
The following are what each of the Status means:-
Unresolved / Open - The detection is new or no action has been taken yet.
Resolved - The detection has been resolved.
Blocked - No actions will be automatically executed for this detection.
Reverted - The detection has been resolved, but the fix has been reverted back to the original state.
Retracted - The detection has been resolved, because the file has changed or has been removed.
There are some actions which you can take in the dashboard.
The following are the available actions:-
Patch - Resolve the vulnerability by patching the file.
Quarantine - Resolve the malware detection by moving it to quarantine.
Delete - Resolve the malware detection by removing the file.
Undo Patch - Revert the vulnerability by restoring the original file.
Undo Quarantine - Revert the malware by restoring the original file.
Block - Block all automatic tasks of the detection.
Unblock - Resume all automatic tasks of the detection.
Our system will automatically Patch all software vulnerabilities within seven (7) days or one (1) week if no actions are taken by you.
If you do not want a particular file to be patched, you can choose to Block it.
If a patched file is causing issues with your website, you can choose to Undo Patch.
We recommend against using Block or Undo Patch unless absolutely neccesary for security reasons.
Automated Malware Quarantine
Our system will automatically Quarantine all malwares as soon as they are detected.
If a quarantined file is causing issues with your website, you can choose to Undo Quarantine.
We recommend against using Undo Quarantine unless absolutely neccesary for security reasons.
